Valution on free standing property Back to top

When you valuate a property on My Agent, up to 3 separate valuation methods are use. All of these methods use a Comparative Market Analysis, where sales are compared with the property being analysed.
To valuate a property on My Agent navigate to your property, either with the map or by performing a deed search. Once you have found the property you wish to valuate, click on the valuation link, shown in red in the image below.

The valuation will create an automated report summarizing the results of your Comparative Market Analysis. If you wish to change the compared properties used in the Comparative Market Analysis, click on the "Edit" link.
